Plateau?

I have lost 8lbs since March 2. I got on the scale today and have lost only ounces. I log everything. I strength train 3 days a week and walk at least 6 days a week, 3 to 5 miles. Should I now be adjusting my calorie intake because I have lost weight?

If you're losing, even ounces, I wouldn't consider that a plateau.
But yes, you can adjust your calories down since you've lost weight.0 -
No. You will have weeks were you don't see a loss, some weeks you will lose more than others and some weeks you might see a gain. Weight loss isn't linear. Wait it out. If you don't see the scale move in 4-6 weeks, then it's time for a change.0

The scale had been moving consistently until today! I even began to mix some running into my walks. I appreciate your reply and encouragement!0
