Welcome. Just eat what you like. Log everything.
As far as recipes, you have to learn to cook things that make you happy. My rule of thumb is to get enough protein first. Then vegetables - five or six servings a day, minimum. The rest of my food I fill in around those ideas. I have room for two servings of fat a day.
Beans are filling, as is anything fibrous. Try to get a good amount of fiber every day, it helps with satiety.
In weight-loss mode, fruit is my sweet thing. I only have sugary stuff (like cookies or ice cream) about once a week. I usually have one piece of whole fruit a day.
My best tip is just log everything. Look at your Food Diary at the end of the day and learn from it.0
