Hi
I did weigh about 195 in January 2013. My current weight is between 170-175 pounds. My body fat was around 40% and now around 36%.
I jog and do Zumba several times a week.
My weakness is pizza and chicken. Today I was starting to do well then I went with my daughter to Zaxby's chicken. I had grilled chicken sandwich and this put me over my calorie limit.
My gym is closed today due to the holiday and we have weather advisories in the area, so no outdoor exercise.
I am a mother of 2 teens and a daycare teacher.
