Hello!
Day three of my diet and I'm already feeling fantastic!! The goal is to lose twenty pounds but do it the healthy way. I often have found myself crash dieting and quite frankly not only does it not work but it's so unhealthy! I hope everyone on here meets their fitness goals

Hi , we all have done the crashing dieting and it does not work . I use to crash diet all the time and gain the weight back .i finally changed the way i think and just changed my lifestyle . Glad u chose to do it the right way too .Good luck and feel free to add me .0

Hey, Welcome to Fitness pal. This program is so helpful for me. I have tried most the fad diets too that are just a quick fix and then you put it and more back on. Now just learning to work hard and eat right. What have you been doing? Are you following any kind of diet?0

I don't have a specific "diet". I've cut out all soda, juices and desserts but other than that I'm just trying to be reasonable. I know if I try to restrict myself too much too fast I'll never make it. What about you?0
