Trying to adopt a Paleo diet again. I did it before and I really felt good and lost a lot of weight.
My blood pressure was great and so on.

So my question is, how much protein do you consume? It seems like an insane amount of protein grams when I try to record atleast 60% protein, 20 %fat and 10% carbs.

Is my ratio off for a Paleo diet ?

Yup, again. I sustained the Paelo lifestyle for a year and lost 40 lbs. Then kids came along and went back to the american diet and gained it all back. Realized that the normal diet isn't for my body type.

That's a lot of Protein. I now try to focus on high fat low carb while still eating a mostly Paleo diet whenever possible. That said, when I was pretty much just Paleo/Primal, my macros were more around 50% fat, 30% protein, and 20% carbs.

50% fat, 35% protein, 15% carb here. A good gauge is to calculate your lean body mass and multiply that number by the protein grams... usually between .8-2 grams per pound of lean body mass. If you're crushing it in the gym everyday and have little to no body fat then 2 grams. If you're light or moderate on exercise 1-1.5 grams per pound of lean body mass. I would scale back on the protein if I were you and up your fats to at least 50%. Your protein is definitely on the high side. :)
