Hi, Playing around with MFP for the past week and kinda new to it. Trying to loose a few pound, doing Paleo again. Working out with cardio and weights. Im a techie guy and found out ways to tie my scale, BP machine, heart rate monitor, and the health app in iOS to tie it all together. Its pretty cool. No more adding weight or exercises manually!

good luck. I am not a techy person, but i was excited when i found out how to sync my fitbit to MFP, its very motivating for me haha0
