Pre PA and losing weight?!

Hey everyone! Im studying to go to PA school and Im also trying to lose 30 pounds. does anyone have any tips or ways to healthily balance these two challenges?

Slow, steady consistency. You won't want to brain-fog yourself, or energy-drain yourself, by trying for a speedy loss via a large calorie deficit and high loss rate.
Follow the MFP process, set a goal of half a pound a week loss (or less, since you don't have much to lose), weigh & log your food, work toward excellent nutrition, get some exercise if that can work in your schedule, and eat most of those exercise calories back, too.
Maybe go up to maintenance calories a little before & during academically intense periods (midterms/finals, that sort of thing).
Stick with this kind of routine over the long haul, and you'll lose weight. (And, assuming PA means "Physician Assistant", you'll learn some weight-loss and nutritional goodness along the way that will help your future patients.)0
