How to eat less fibre

So to meet my daily energy requirements I need to consume between 3000-3500 calories.

I try to eat as healthily as I can and this includes lots of vegetables. However, I find that I'm feeling bloated and gassy. I'm not sure what to substitute the vegetables with. I've tried adding in more bread etc but am a little bit fearful that i'll eat too much because I'm used to consuming large quantities of food that are low in calories, i.e. vegetables.

let me know if you have any tips.

thanks!

Chicken breast? Easy to find hormone and antibiotic free these days.
Tuna, salmon, boiled egg? Protein shake?

I consume all of these to meet my protein targets. it's more the carbs that is the issue I think

IF you want to eat less carbs, eat more fats and oils: avocados, butter, bacon, nuts, eggs, coconut oil

I'd possibly replace the veggies with fruit, still pretty low in calories but less fiber than vegtables, but your body will naturally accommodate to more fiber overtime so don't worry too much.
