    A carne advovada burrito smothered in Hatch red chile and cheddar with charro beans and Spanish rice from Casa de Benevidez...also a couple margaritas to go with that.

    My wife and I are hiking the La Luz trail on Saturday and that's going to be our post hike splurge and it still probably won't be enough calories.
