Help I Need Suggestions on How to Get Enough Calories!

I'm looking for people willing to go through my diary and give me some tips.

Last time I was on myfitnesspal I was consuming 1200-1400 cal/day and had no problems meeting this goal.

Now, my goal is to lose slowly and build good habits. I am breastfeeding so I need to reach between 1800-2000, plus eat back a 500 calorie deficit. This is hard for me to do by making healthy choices. I mean I could eat the 500 calories I am missing though junk, but that is not a wise decision.

Also, with a new baby and toddler, there is the added challenge that I don't have a ton of time to eat multiple snacks throughout the day.

So, I am asking for your help. Thanks in advance.

Add just a little bit more to each meal. Two tablespoons of peanut butter instead of 1.5, two eggs instead of one, a slice of cheese and maybe some grilled chicken or turkey on the bagel sandwich for lunch, an extra ounce or two of chicken or steak with dinner, regular milk instead of skim. It's not going to be much more volume of food, but will add more calories and nutrition.

I'd also suggest tracking your protein.

Drink whole milk. Add in some chocolate syrup for some extra calories. It goes down very easily and really packs a calorie punch.

It looks like you are meeting your goal. I see that 500 calories have been deducted for breast feeding. If those weren't deducted you would be over 1800
