Who else loves leg day?

I've never gotten the hate for leg day. I love it. And laying bed right now, feeling my legs completely drained from the day and my workout...glorious.

Who else loves leg day? What's your favorite leg exercise?

I train movements not body parts, but I adore my squat and deadlift days.

The couple days after aren't anything scary either.

I love leg day! I run and do a lot of squats and I love how toned and shapely my legs are. My new focus is upper body it's so weak.

I love squats and deadlifts. Recently, I've gotten to really love donkey calf raises.

I've been going hard on upper body lately. I felt as if I wasn't putting the same intensity into it as lower body.

Dont do calves at all. My accessory work is more likely to be partials of squats and deads, ghr, or body weight work with a physio ball.

I can't decide...barbell hack squats, machine front squats, or standing calf raises. Something about self inflicting pain has a confession like effect mentally
