Hey everyone, 28 years old and just rejoined this site. I've always been active but have had my weight creep up on me over the years and am looking to drop 30-40#. Check out my profile to read my story.

I recently decided to count macros as I'm lifting heavy and think that may be a better fit for me then counting calories alone. I'm looking for motivated people to help share tips, tricks and motivational info.
