Looking for some friends to keep me motivated!

I have tried dieting and exercising before but, I have never stuck to it. This time I'm hoping I can stay motivated and reach my goals <3

    Same here. I keep falling off the wagon. I always do better when there is some accountability involved. Just keep telling yourself that it is only today that you need to focus on and accomplish your goal ....yesterday is gone (don't linger) and tomorrow will be here when it gets here....so don't worry about it. You got this!

    Same here. I would be good for two weeks to a month and then one fall back and it would continue for weeks or months :( I am now in almost 2 months of exercise and clean eating :) Feel free to add and we can motivate each other!
