Grab and go Breakfast

I'm not a morning person, so I grab my breakfast on the go and eat or drink it in the car. Currenly I'm making shakes the night before and drink them on the way to work. So what is everyone's favorite grab and go breakfast?

A banana or apple and some nuts works well! This is usually what my husband does, since he doesn't like to wake up early to cook.0

Make some breakfast burritos and flash freeze them so you can microwave one and head out of the door.0

I like to make mini breakfast quiches ahead of time. I can whip up a batch in a muffin pan the night before or at the start of the week.. then all I have to do is pop in the mircrowave for a minute, put on a paper plate or napkin and walk out the door with my "muffin". You can get creative with the quiches/muffins and add in different vegies or protein or egg whites, egg beaters or one egg each. I love these for on the go breakfast. You can even pair them with your on the go smoothie to make sure you are fueled for the day.0
