So this time last year I was indoor cycling, walking & swimming every day and also doing Atkins. I had lost 50lbs and was feeling great. I am now working full time and slipped back into old habits and back to a depressing 14lb overall loss, that's quite a gain

Don't need a kick start. Just a restart. And don't do a diet that's not sustainable for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. If you can't eat that way even after getting to goal, the likelyhood of regaining is high.
Basically just eat at a calorie deficit with foods choices you know you can do and stick to.
