sticking to it not over eating, doing all I know to do and I have for some reason put on a little weight instead of taking it off or staying the same I am counting every bite of food I eat

    Are you measuring food with a food scale? Are you exercising a lot?

    There are lots of factors that can play into this answer...

    Counting every single bite or weighing every single bite with a food scale? Also, how long have you been at this?

    You arent accounting for everything or you would be losing weight...

    Without looking at your diary its hard to do anything but guess.
    Sodium intake high? Do you use a food scale and log everything?
    Doing a lot of cardio/str training? Time of month?
