Hello just needing a little help from some people that are living a Paleo lifestyle I have been doing Paleo for three weeks not seeing really any weight-loss although I have lost inches and I do feel much better needing a little help with the diary in the calories in calories out please

    Paleo is not necessarily for weight loss, you still need to consume less calories than you burn. Are you tracking your foods?

    Yes I'm under and I also use my Fitbit

    How far under? There is something to be said for ensuring that you are properly fed, if that makes sense. If you eat too little, your body might have trouble letting go. I do better in the area of 1500-1800 instead of the 1200 that MFP recommends, sometimes you just need to play around with the numbers to find out what works for you.

    If using a fitbit you might not be under. Fitbit is known for overestimating burn amounts. Just a thought.

    Paleo is just a WOE...it's not default weight loss.
