I am under 2916 net calories for the week. I am not starving and I am wondering if this is too much surplus. If so do I attempt to eat more? My diary is open and set to lose 2 pounds a week.
I have lost 24.8 lbs in 63 days so its working...just dont want to do damagr to myself.

If you are under 2916 net calories of a goal to lose 2 lbs a week (which is already aggressive) you are close to a 3 lb loss a week. Doable in the short term? Sure. Sustainable? Not likely.

How much weight do you have to lose?

You should eat a bit more. You are averaging 2.7 lbs per week (if my calculations are correct).
What about cooking some vegetables in a little bit of oil?
Eating whole eggs instead of egg whites? Or do what I do and pair a whole egg with some egg whites?

Your body can only use so much body fat a day. After that point it starts using lean body mass. The usual recommendations:

    - No more than 1% of your body weight (in your case that would be 1.7 lbs per week)
    - 0.5 lbs loss per week if you have less than 25 lbs to lose
    - 1 lb loss per week if you have 25-50 lbs to lose
    - 1.5 lb loss per week if you have 50-75 lbs to lose
    - 2 lb loss per week if you have 75+ to lose
