Time to get lean for Summer!

So I've been using MyFitnessPal for a while now but haven't been as consistent as I'd like to be. I've interned with strength and conditioning at Auburn University so I consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to training. Up until recently though I've always ate moderately healthy but with summer coming up I've decided to get rid of some of the excess fat I've been hanging on to and lean out. I've come up with my own flexible meal plan in which I will be carb cycling. Feel free to add me and let's help push each other to reach our goals!
