Is jogging/walking a good exercise to do for weight loss ? I don't seem to be getting much of a result as yet??

exercise is for health and fitness and can create a bigger deficit but don't rely on it to ensure weight loss...that all happens with what you do and don't put in your mouth.
The weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.
If you are logging accurately and consistently with a food scale and staying in a reasonable deficit you will lose weight.
Walking will give you more calories to eat and help you get fit and healthy but...if you are over eating it won't counter that and you won't lose weight.0 -
