The only thing that works ....

... is persistence.

... is never giving up.

Some people seem to lose weight and maintain slim and trim bodies easily. Some of us really struggle to get out of an overweight or obese weight range.

Bad days happen. Sometimes certain foods, lunches and dinners out, parties, etc. are irresistible and get us off track. Sometimes we have to confront emotional eating or simply change some bad habits.

The only thing you can do is persist, keep trying, and not give up.
