Okay, so I'm obsessed with the bodies that body building women have and I think I may want to start working towards that. Maybe. Advice? Tips, coaching? Help!

Find a starter program and get some baseline strength, then look into more hypertrophy.0

Really though, coaches are great if you have the $$$. otherwise I'd just try to get down to a reasonable bf%-- around 25%. If you're already there, great. From this point bulk up and then cut down. That's a year right there.0

Look into a beginners program
Maybe get a trainer to get you started
Look into bull and cut cycles, learn how to do them properly
Lift progressively
Get rest
Eat at a caloric surplus of about 250 cals a day
