Simple Mock Banana Cream Pie

ingredients:
1 medium banana
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
Splash of vanilla extract
2 tbsp whipped cream

Cut half the banana and mix with ricotta cheese and vanilla. Put the remaining banana on top. Top with whipped cream.

So good and easy I had to post it!
