So I'm not really new to working out, I have been doing military things for a little over seven years now and I feel the need to start excelling in my physical training. That being said I started using this app about three weeks ago because I noticed that I weighed 187 pounds. That's just a pinch too close to 190 pounds and not being solid muscle for me so I decided to start losing weight. Now in the past...three weeks I think, I have lost about 7 pounds maybe a little less. Just thought I'd put that out there and seeing who else here is up and about.

On a sidenote is there anyone out there that is looking for a PT buddy online? Someone that can help keep each other accountable for what's going on.0
