  • I have been on here for half a yr and I have lost a little over 40 lbs and still have 50 more to go.. the main thing to remember is you can eat whatever you want just in smaller portions, but when you have been on here a while you realize there are certain foods that have low calories that can substitute some of those intense cravings like sugar or soda.. I love this app and believe me it has worked for me!! Add me
