I have little motivation

I really just want to start to eat better and healthier and maybe start working out but my motivation is at a low due to a recent break up and stress about school. Any tips on how I could make it easier for me to follow through with this?! Thank you for reading this!

Hey there! I have the same goals.. I have found that logging EVERYTHING I eat has really shown me foods to eat and stay away from. Good luck to you0
