So, who does the whole thing? Just curious if I will get the same results simply doing the tapes and eating clean?

I eat clean-ish, pretty much follow the diet (usually by following the carb/protein/fat split through MFP), do my dvd every day & follow up the strength training days with the P90X recovery formula. I've seen some pretty decent results. I'm on Week 11 Day 5. I'm seeing more results in the last 30 days than with the first 60 days though.
Also though - I found that I really did NEED a multi during the day. And after researching the one offered by BB - I decided I could do about the same thing through a good whole food multi for women.0 -
I am in Week 9. I am not taking any of the BB supplements. I take a daily multivitamin and I have read the best "budget-friendly" recovery drink is an 8 oz glass of grape juice with half scoop of vanilla whey protein powder mixed in. I only do this on tough workout days, though (lifting days and Plyo). Eating clean is going to get you the best results. I am not eating as clean as I should be and am still seeing good results. I just posted my 60 day pics in the blog of my signature.0

Good job lady! You are looking great!0 -
I eat clean and use the recovery drink along with taking non-Beachbody supplements (whey protein, Jack3D, etc) and my results have been exceptional. I'll be finishing my 3rd round in 5 weeks and I'm really looking forward to the P90X/Insanity hybrid I'll start after that.0
