I'm new to drinking protein shakes and including them into my daily routine. Suggestions on how to maximize its potential for me and my weight loss journey?!

I'm simply looking to get rid of my belly fat from sitting at a desk job for a year!

    Protein shakes simply help you hit your protein goal if you can't do so with food. They don't help you lose weight, they don't help you lose belly fat. If you want a shake, create one that satisfies you and fits within your calorie deficit.
