Day One: SUCK it up!!!

A quick summary on myself. Throughout my life, my weight has been flexuationg from low to high. After I left high school, the perks of a car, fast-food job, and money seems to make a person's life much easier, but on the contrary, it makes is worse. My weight once I left high school was around 255, and my current weight is 290. Around three weeks ago, it was 307. Anyways, that's a huge difference. The initial goal that I have, and many others should is this: SUCK IT UP!!! I know this saying sounds rude and harsh, but complaining about your health, or lowering your own confidence will not raise you any better than not trying at all. I will like to give some examples, but that's on another time.
