For the past week I've been eating very badly...like overeating by a ton. I weighed myself this morning, 150.6 which I haven't been in 2 years! I know a lot of it is water weight and bloat because earlier this week I was 144. I feel bad because I let myself do this to myself, but am hopeful to trying to get back where I should be. Any advice would be helpful.

don't fret! chalk it up to a learning experience and figure out what made you overeat. Is it TOM? Stressful week? Figure that out and do better tomorrow. I feel like I am learning so much about myself and the foods I eat and why since joining MFP. I ate frosting last night and potato chips! Darn those new cake decorating tips I bought! : But I did say no to donuts yesterday as well, so I'm not feeling too bad about myself. I logged it and I'm moving on to a healthier tomorrow. I won't bake tomorrow and will tighten up my food choices. We all have bad days and even bad weeks, especially as women. Celebrate the successes and learn from your choices. You can get back on track as long as you keep going with your eyes on the prize - a healthier you!0
