I am trying to start an inspirational, motivational and encouraging weight loss group. Where we offer support and compassion to build up your endurance to complete this 12 week journey. I personally can never decide which 'diet' or 'lifestyle' I'm going to follow so my goal is to trial them all over the next 12 weeks!!! Wether it be keto, paleo, raw, vegan, fruitarian, rt4 or even a 3 day quick fix plan!! ... My aim is to give them all a go and see how they feel! I will also be delving deep inside in an attempt to clear any negative patterns and behaviours that may have contributed to my being overweight. I hope to emerge the other end of these 12 weeks a lighter, healthier, happier, new improved version of myself

    I would be interested. I have incorporated the 21 day fix into my 1200 calorie a day plan. It really helped me see where my protein intake was low and my carb intake too high.
