How to log Kayla Itsines' BBG

Hey guys! Just started the BBG today and I was just wondering if anyone knows how I could possibly log the workouts on my fitness pal? I know there isn't any pre set log for it but if there were any that were close enough? Thanks!

    I searched through people's blogs and it seems like you burn anywhere from 150-250 during her early workouts. This is fluctuant based on weight and HR.
