I wonder if I'm unusual here because I've been exercising/gym/sport for many years and am in reasonable shape health wise but I'm not as lean as I was when I was younger.
Over the last year my new work/study regime means my life outside of the gym is pretty sedentary so want to track my eating/training with more accuracy.
I've got decent knowledge generally about health and nutrition but we can always improve. I've boxed for the last 7/8 years and been in the gym generally for 20+. I eat reasonably well and am not much of drinker.
Also I've recently started an Insanity style class near me a couple of times a week which has been great so far.
