Hi all,
I am LuAnn from Ohio. I need to lose about 50 pounds and need encouragement! I have bad knees and want to lose weight to take a load off of my knees. I have high blood pressure and had a stroke 2 years ago, almost fully recovered from that. I am blessed to be here!!

    glad to hear you're almost recovered from the stroke.. with my hbp, avoiding a stroke has been one of my long-term goals with weight loss.
