kindly plz would anyone of u tell me what is the best food before going to gym and after as well ?

i am new bodybulider

i allow to get only

3160 calories

200 proten

35 fat
333 carbs

i got this measurement form application

    your macros seem messed up...35f + 333c + 200p does not equal 3160 calories...
    also, 35g of fat a day is TOO low.

    Yes OP , there are so many studies that contradict each other

    Personally I take in slow-release carbs such as oats about 1-2hours pre-workout and coffee just before workout ...

    Post workout I always have simple Carbs (atleast 30grams) as I find it give me this massive energy and insulin spike . Its what works for me. Simple trial and error will give you an understanding of what your body prefers.
