i allow to get only
3160 calories
200 proten
35 fat
333 carbs
i got this measurement form application

After your workout have some whey protein shake you can get up to 10g of protein an hour on an empty stomach.0

your macros seem messed up...35f + 333c + 200p does not equal 3160 calories...
also, 35g of fat a day is TOO low.0 -
i get it from application in samasong phone ,it is bodybulider application

Yes OP , there are so many studies that contradict each other
Personally I take in slow-release carbs such as oats about 1-2hours pre-workout and coffee just before workout ...
Post workout I always have simple Carbs (atleast 30grams) as I find it give me this massive energy and insulin spike . Its what works for me. Simple trial and error will give you an understanding of what your body prefers.
