I killed it today!

I a few weeks into my newest attempt at losing weight. I started with some walking in home
(Leslie Sansone) and have officially progressed into a little bit of strength training starting the week (using 8pound Dumbbells because I'm sooo weak!). Today I did day 1 week 1 of c25k in my basement (it's still nasty outside, I live in Wisconsin) and then half an hour arms, legs, and abs (because I have no plans to go anywhere this weekend) and I killed it! I'm so proud of myself! I feel so great! I just wanted to share my positive today. :)
