starting a journey

It's day 1 on my journey to a healthier me! I'm excited nervous and a little scared I'll fail...again... so I'm here to say that after much procrastination I'm done feeling sluggish, I've started doing turbo jam this morning, and let me tell you, I didn't want too, but I already feel more alert and more energized! Tomorrow will be day 2 and IA can't wait to be 6 months in and look I g like a whole new me! Any advice is very appreciated and welcome!! ;) I'm a mom of 4 and need to do this for not only myself, but them as well.

Every day, every minute of every day, every second of every day is a chance to get back on track if you trip. It's not the end of the world if you slip up. One slip up need not turn into an entire day of bad choices is how I choose to look at it. Plus, I remind myself that I surely didn't get this way in a week, so why would I think it's only gonna take a couple weeks to lose the excess? Just remember, you're not alone unless you want to be. :)

Thank you. I don't want to feel alone on this journey, not at all. I finally decided that something has to change or my life isn't going to be what I want it to be. I don't want another woman's body, I want mine, just healthy stronger and yes, thinner! I'm a size 17. I don't have a set size I want to be, but I definitely want to be under a certain weight.
