I drink raw milk.
I used to drink skim milk but they take all the good stuff out of it when it's made that way so I started slowly upping the percentage. When I started getting my raw milk from a farm (sometimes if I get there early into the milking I get the milk from those cows) I switched to that and I refuse to buy the store bought stuff. I was vegan for a long time & used plain, unsweetened almond milk in my cereal, for cooking and just to drink. When I went back on animal products I tried switching to back to cow juice because it's more nutritionally dense, I ain't scared of fat and it's cheaper. But I found it was waaaaay too sweet for me after getting used to almond milk. That said, if you like it, there's no reason to abstain. Just find a way to make it work with your calorie & macro goals.0
