Hello there,
I'm amateur natural body builder, who is preparing for body building tournament in july 2017.
On my journey when i was searching motivation and as well some information about gym, diet, trainings etc I have found a rly interesting thing witch is FYM Fit Your Makro.
Ive decided to start building a community for all those who want to change their life style, but have problem with keeping proper diet and food routine.
Mostly personal trainers make diet programs based on chicken and rice to keep with proteins carbs and fats.
What i have discover is that i can eat almost everything what i want and still look good, and be able to prepare myself to tournament.
"EAT WHAT YOU WANT LOOK HOW YOU WANT" is based on makros and calories.
How this works ?
First you need to measure your kcal.
How to do that ?
Prepare your kcal plan.
Atm my weight is 90 kg so
90kg x 24 = 2160 kcal
because I'm active person and I'm making workouts at the gym 4 days in a week
2160 * 1.5 = 3240 kcal this is how many kcal my body need to keep my weight at 90 kg
If i want to reduce my weight i take out 400 kcal so 3240 kcal - 400 kcal = 2840 kcal
2800 kcal / 6 meals = 466 kcal each meal
what is rly important is to keep 40 / 40 / 20 that is 40 percent whey 40 percen carbs 20 percent fats
So my every meal have that makro 40/40/20
For example
For every kg of my weigh I'm using 2 grams of proteins and carbs so in every meal i eat 30 grams of proteins and 30 grams of carbs that gives me in 6 meals 180 grams of proteins and 180 grams of carbs
After 6 weeks of 2800 kcal i reduce kcals of another 200-300 so i start 2600 kcal-2500 kcal.
On this youtube channel you can find some more infos about FYM (Fit your Makro)
