Hello, good luck and congratulations on setting a goal. Stay motivated and get a dedicated blender you can use for morning or evening smoothies. Great way to start your day. I throw in fresh spinach, kale, frozen fruits, honey and if I want it to fill me up for most of the day, I add nuts and granola. some people throw in frozen banana with the peal on- taste good too & beats.0
