Hi my name is Linda...Im new to fitness pal. Went to see a bariatric surgeon yesterday. Even though my weight and health are a complete obvious....just hearing his words were like a sting. A huge wake up call. He wasn't rude by any means just very factual. He didnt want to discuss surgery at all till I can get in a better way. He is getting a team of doctors and nutritionists to work with me to get me to my goals. Im a single mom, 48 with 4children and 2 grandbabies. It would be nice to make some friends here and accountability buddies :)
