Question about BREADSTICKS

Okay, kind of random, but anyways...
So I grocery shop at Piggly Wiggly, and they have a bakery section. None of the items in the bakery are ever labeled in terms of calories, what's in them (percentage/grams wise), etc. Does anyone know how many calories are in just one breadstick? It comes in a six count bag. I've seen that some breadsticks can be as low as 60 cals or as high as 200 some cals so I don't know. It's not buttered or garlicky or anything. I guestimate like 100-140ish??

Weigh them and compare to others in the MFP database.

    YEP
I had to totally give them up, because if I eat one, I won't stop until ALL THE BREAD IS GONE!

Compare them by gram to the Piggly Wiggly regular bread or rolls. That provides somewhat of an an estimate although bread sticks usually have more oil.

The bakeries/delis at the stores I shop don't put the counts on the packages but if you scan the barcode the info will come up 90% of the time. Same for those bins where you serve up your own stuff and weigh it.
