I do old-fashioned crunches, I don't have a weight for a "set" and I don't know what a set is.
I usually do just 50 crunches and I do not know how to put this into my Exercise Diary on this site...
Number of sets: ???
Repetition of sets: ???
Weight per set: ???
Please help...

if you do 50 crunches without a break, then its 1 set of 50 reps. If you took a break after 25 reps, it would be 2 sets of 25...etc0

Sounds like you're entering into Strength Training instead of under Cardio. Strength Training is used to track your weight lifting activities - cardio is for everything else.
Edited to add - now that I've looked at it - you just leave the weight blank if you want to log it as strength - per the note: Leave blank if weight is not applicable, e.g. sit-ups
But you won't get added calories if you add it under strength training. It's just for tracking.0
