Reach Macro Goals/Got Calories Left

I was wondering if anyone got any info that could help me with something that has been bothering me some time now. Whenever I'm reaching my macro goals; protein, carbs and fats more likely, I still got calories left to consume and sometimes that's a big number. I don't understand how can that happen when I reached my my gram goals for the day?

    Rounding. 2.5 of fat may round up to 3. Also, most products don't count any calories for fiber, which is still a carbohydrate.
