Any Ideas for low calorie dinners

How low? Vegetarian? Omnivorian? Mine is omnivorian, about 700 calories. Simple really. You can see my diary.

I do three Raw chicken breasts in a casserole dish with green beans layered on one side and cauliflower florets on the other side (you can use potatoes, but I am trying to lay off the carbs). Sprinkle with Italian dressing seasoning (one packet) and garlic powder and sometimes seasoned salt. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F until everything is tender. Super simple and super good! (In this pic, I ised four chicken breasts but now I do three and add more veggies)

I usually have 300-600 calorie dinners. I adjust the number of servings of a recipe to fit my calorie goal.
