Hello, I'm Adele, I'm almost 18 years old and I'm from England! I've never felt confident in my own skin and I've always been a little overweight.. I'm finally taking action and doing something about it! Please feel free to add me so we can support eachother through our journeys:)

    You shouldn't have mentioned you are less than 18 Adele because technically you are violating MyFitnessPal's rules.

    I am 18? I'm 19 in October this year, so I'm not breaking or violating any rules:)
