Decided to start a new diet

Starting myself on a strict diet tomorrow of Oatmeal for breakfast and rice and veggies for lunch and salad for dinner I'm just going to need some motivation while I do this I'm hoping this will help me lose weight and etc. please feel free to support me and add me as a friend

What to you mean by strict? Meticulous and conscientiously, or eating as little as possible and cutting out foods you like? Are you going on a diet, and then going back to eating as before? What do you think will happen then? For most people, motivation is unstable, but commitment and creating good habits for life seems to be effective.0

Nobody will be able to motivate you enough when your own motivation crashes because you're eating the same thing everyday and in our own words being 'strict' on yourself. People confuse dieting for being strict when all dieting is is eating things in smaller amounts. Somehow somewhere down the line some bright spark decided certain foods even when eaten in small amounts magically created fat. Stop punishing yourself unnecessarily, make it much easier and more enjoyable on yourself.0
