Anyone supplement with creatine? I have heard mixed things - like you put on too much water weight OR it helps you with lean muscle. I started about 2 weeks ago and I have to say that I do feel a little bigger. Not in a good way.

I always take creatine and glutamine in my post workout recovery shake and it does promote keeping muscle mass. But that way you don't lose the muscle you just worked hard for at the gym
plus I don't feel as sore

You're not going to lose muscle if you don't take creatine. And it is most beneficial prior to a workout and most post workout.
Creatine does not help everyone. And you should do some research before deciding if you want to take it.
