Hi I'm supposed to be gaining weight weight for the military because my bmi is 17. I'm 5'9 at 117lb.it seems alot of people on this app aren't from america. So I'm not sure if you'll understand how I look. Picture the exact measurements of a victoria secret model. I'm very tall and thin. I just Mr this weight for military medical purposes.

How old are you? Have you used MFP yet? Look into buying Boost Plus, you can get it on Amazon in a box. Each drink is about 360 calories. Also if you like Peanut Butter eat a lot of it. Eggs, steak, pasta, rice, oatmeal will all help you gain weight, but you HAVE to eat tons of calories every day. The Boost Plus is good to have when you're not hungry but fall short in your calories. Eat up!0
