    Do you have a diagnosed B vitamin deficiency and have you tried normal supplementation first?

    Hmm. I don't remember anything about the neurobion jab in the Kama Sutra.

    I kid.

    If your doctor is suggesting a vitamin shot due to a diagnosed condition or deficiency, then sure, there's a fair chance you could benefit from it. If it's from a "weight loss clinic" or "health spa" or "craigslist" or a website that touts it as a magic bullet of some kind, run far and fast.
