If your doctor is suggesting a vitamin shot due to a diagnosed condition or deficiency, then sure, there's a fair chance you could benefit from it. If it's from a "weight loss clinic" or "health spa" or "craigslist" or a website that touts it as a magic bullet of some kind, run far and fast.
